Students first: building up a new and friendly management environment in universities and colleges

Recently,with the rapid development of higher education,it becomes more and more important to strengthen the student management in universities colleges.On March 29,2005,Ministry of Education issued a revised document named rules of student management for common universities colleges.The rules put emphasis on education first and students first.At the same time,when we pay our attention to the students,we can't ignore the training of the teachers who are in charge of the students.If both of the two jobs are put into effect,a new and friendly environment of student management will be built up in universities and colleges.
