A Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of Student Management in Private Colleges and Universities

Student management is an important part of the whole work in private colleges and universities, also an important link to maintain the steady development of them. With the continuous development of education, private colleges and universities have been widely recognized by all sectors in the society. Under the new situation, work environment, object, idea, and method of the original student management have undergone changes in private colleges and universities. The paper analyzes the status quo, characteristics and existing problems in student management, attempting to find possible solution by improving the environment on and off the campus, all system and stipulations in student management, changing the management idea, strengthening students′ self-education and self-management and the construction of the team of student management.
