Abstract

Orthogonal design was used to study optimal concentration of carbon,nitrogen,phosphorus in spirulina culture medium.Based on the analysis of single factor and multiple guidelines grading method,the optimal concentration of the three factors for spirulina growth and the protein accumulation were 6.00 g/L NaHCO3,0.10 g/L urea,0.50 g/L KH2PO4.
