Abstract

The optimal levels of glucose and sodium hyposulfite in spirulina cultivation were investigated using regression-orthogonal design and gradient method.The results showed that the average cellular yield reached 2.30g/L when the concentration of glucose and sodium hyposulfite were 2.9g/L and 3g/L,respectively.
