Abstract
Objective To study the drug sensitivity and resistance of mycoplasma for urogenital tract infection. Methods Mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity reagent kit were applied to 100 mycoplasma positive specimens from urogenital tract infections. Result Among the 100 mycoplasma culture positive specimens, 61% were Uu positive ,7% were Mh positive , 32% were Uu and Mh combined positive; Josamycin, azithromycin and roxithromycin were more sensitive for Uu infection ; Josamycin and ofloxacin and doxycycline were more sensitive for Mh infection; Uu and Mh combined infection had more resistance to most drugs. Conclusion The drug sensitivity of Uu infection was not the same with that of Mh infection. Pure Uu infection has a significant difference with Uu and Mh combined infection on drug resistance , with the latter being stronger and wider in varieties.
