The Function of the Teachers and the Effects in Classroom Teaching

Abstract
The classroom teaching is important in fulfilling the teaching aims.In classroom teaching,the teacher is a designer to design the contents,forms,means,methods,procedures and proper teaching activities,and to design proper classroom activities according to different students in order to achieve better effects.The teacher is a carrier to carry out the designed teaching contents.The teacher is supposed to have clear teaching processes and thoughts,to be coherent,scientific and efficient.The teacher is also an instructor to instruct the students how to take part in classroom activities,how to learn with proper methods and how to learn effectively in order to improve teaching effects.
