An Attempt of Simulation Teaching to Train Normal Students' Classroom Teaching Ability

Simulation teaching means a training pattern which is under the teacher's guidance,using certain approaches and modes to reappear various parts of classroom teaching activities as realistic as possible,artificially creating simulation environment of classroom teaching activities to make simulation teaching for normal students in given teaching situation,in order to cultivate their classroom teaching ability.It melts role-playing,diagnosis and comments of teachers and students,and has the characteristics of simulation,integrity,universality and openness,etc.Practice shows that simulation teaching is the best way to strengthen the practical teaching of teacher education,cultivate normal students' basic skills of teaching,and improve normal students' classroom teaching ability.
