The efficacy of Metoprolol combined with Trimetazidine in treating Chronic congestive heart failure patients

Objective To investigate the efficacy and value of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in treating chronic congestive heart failure patients.Methods Selected 160 cases chronic congestive heart failure patients in hospital and randomly divided into treatment and control groups,80 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional anti-heart failure treatment;On this basis,treatment group used metoprolol and trimetazidine for 8 weeks.Dynamics observed in patients with symptoms and signs,cardiac function and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF).Results The total clinical comprehensive efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);the cardiac function and left ventricular ejection fraction of treatment group was improved significantly.Conclusion Metoprolol joint trimetazidine can significantly improve clinical symptoms and cardiac function of chronic heart failure patients,which is effective,safe and reliable.
