Abstract
Objective To improve the drug usage level in our hospital by analyzing the irrational prescriptions.Methods Randomly collected prescriptions about 11012 from January to December of 2008 in our hospital were included in order to analyze the irrational prescription and add up the ratio of irrational prescription.Results Irrational prescription occupied about 5.46%,mainly reflected in many aspects such as,combined,repeated drug usage,usage,dosage,solvent and drug selection and so on.Conclusion Irrational use of drug mainlyresults from lack of clinical knowledge.Clinical pharmacist should provide more pharmacy knowledges to doctors in order to promote rational use of drug.
