To explore the effect of mifepristone on primenpausal dysfunction uterine bleeding

Objective:To study the effect of mifepristone on dysfunction uterine bleeding in perimenopansal. Methods:The patients with perimeno pausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding receive mifepristone 10 mg/day for six months. The thickness of the endometrium measured by B-ultrasonography. Sera hormone concentration and biochemical evaluation releated to the function of liver and kindney were analyzed in pre-and post therapy.Results:All of the patioants developed amenorrhen. E2 reduced and did not thickened of the endometrium during the treatmeent. The other items examined did not change obviously. Conclusion:Receive the low dose mifepristone is an efficient save and feasible theapy for the perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
