Abstract
Objective To evaluate CT and DSA in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic M oyamoya disease in adults. Methods Both CT and DSA findings in 10 adult with cer ebral hemorrhage, who were confirmed with Moyamoya disease were retrospectively studied. CT non-contrast enhanced scan and DSA were performed in all patients. Results Multiple sites of hemorrhage located in brain as well as the ventricles were found on CT scan. On DSA, the stenosis of internal carotid arteries and the middle cerebral arteries were observed, and collateral vessels were revealed in cerebral hemispheres. Conclusion CT finding can suggest the diagnosis of the di sease, and the final diagnosis should be confrimed by DSA.
