Abstract
To explore the effect of Bla、Hepatin and the sports-capacity of trained endurance rats by moxibustion. SD male rats were used as experimental subjects to establish a sport of running and training models.The experimental rats were randomly divided into groups for the quiet control group,the training control group,the moxibustion training group according to weight,each of which had 8 ones respectively.The blood lactic acid,muscle glycogen and glycogen of liver were determined.Moxibustion could notably lengthen the exhausted time of trained endurance rats running a locomotion.The long term heavy duty workout caused the significance decline of rats' weight,the moxibustion could inhibit this downward trend,which made no significance difference between the training rats' weight and ones' in the quiet control group.The heavy duty workout could increase the contents of muscle hepatin and liver hepatin,while the moxibustion could strengthen this kind of trend,which made the contents of muscle hepatin and liver hepatin rising significantly.Heavy duty workout could cause blood lactic acid contents rising,moxibustion accelerated the sport clearance speed of blood lactic acid of the course.Moxibustion can lengthen rats' exhausted time running on platform,resist to the tired function,which may be related to the reserve supply of organism.
