The clinical effect observation of Insulin Aspart 30 for the patients with the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Insulin Aspart 30 for the patients with the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.Methods 90 patients with the newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes were divided into the control group(45 cases) and the observation group(45 cases),the FBG,2 h PG and HbA1c after 4 weeks' treatment,the average time for blood glucose,the insulin dosage and the number of cases with low blood sugar were compared.Results After 4 weeks' treatment,the FBG,2 h PG and HbA1c were compared,there were significant differences in the two groups(t = 1.703,1.735,1.784,all P 0.05).The average time for blood glucose,the insulin dosage and the number of cases with low blood sugar were compared,there were significant differences in the two groups(t = 1.713,1.774 and χ2 = 3.873,all P 0.05) in the above aspects,the observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion When the patients with newly type 2 diabetes are treated with Insulin,Insulin Aspart 30 should be used to improve the clinical effect and reduce the incidence of low blood sugar.
