Expression of VEGF in serum and placenta of women with preeclampsia

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate expression of VEGF in serum and placenta of women with preeclampsia.Methods: Determination of serum VEGF by ELISA method,using immunohistochemistry SP was detected in the placenta VEGF embedded in paraffin,slicing,HE stain,light microscopy.The results found: Each slice of at least 10 high power field observation,observation syncytiotrophoblast cells and stromal cells VEGF expression.Results Conclusion: VEGF may be direct or indirect way to influence the invasion of trophoblast cells,to participate in the development of preeclampsia,the study may be provide a new way in the early diagnosis and treatment of pre-eclampsia.
