Rhizoma coptidis decoction treatment group,100 cases of panax notoginseng(Sanqifen 3 g,Zhigancao,Wuzhuyu 5g,Sharen,Huanglian,Danggui each 6g,Chaobaizhu,Foshou each 10 g,Huangqi,Fuling each 15 g,Dangshen,Sahnyao20g),1 / d,boiling water 100 ml,taken on an empty stomach. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 10 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group 82 cases cured,12 cases effective,6 no effect,the total effective rate was 94.00%. 10 cases of control group 60 patients cured,effective,invalid 30 cases,total effective rate was 70.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Notoginseng rhizoma coptidis decoction combined western medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
