The Qi Huoxueyangyin Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Randomized and Controlled Study

[Objective]To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin method combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.[Methods]Using randomized controlled method,64 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups randomly,control group 32 cases of conventional western medicine therapy,triple therapy(lansoprazole 15mg,amoxicillin 1000mg,500mg clarithromycin tablets),2 times / d;HP negative antacids,mucosal repair agent symptomatic treatment.Treatment group 32 cases Yiqihuoxue Yin Method(Baishao,Danshen,Shashen,Maidong,Danggui each 10g,Banzhilian,Jiangbanxia,Longkui,Gancao,Zhike each 9g,Dangshen,Chaobiandou,Baihuashecao each 15g).1does / day,decoction 1000mL,sooner or later orally.Western medicine with the control group.Continuous treatment 20 day as a course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.Continuous treatment for three months,to determine efficacy.Follow-up of six months.[Results]The treatment group 14 cases,effective 16 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 93.75%.The control group was 7 cases,effective 11 cases,invalid 14 cases,the total efficiency of 56.25%.The efficacy of the treatment group than in control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Yiqi Huoxue Yangyin method has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
