Study on efficacy of titanoreine suppository combined with PPH in treatment of 60 patients with hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of titanoreine suppository combined with PPH(procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids)in treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 120 cases of hemorrhoids treated with PPH in this hospital were randomly divided into A and B groups,and 60 cases in each group.They were given with titanoreine suppository or hemorrhoids paste after the surgery,then their conditions of postoperative hemorrhage and edema,and situation of pain were compared between these two groups.Results The rates of postoperative bleeding,pain and swelling in patients of group A were 5%,8.33% and 6.67% respectively,they were lower than those(16.67%,21.67% and 20%) of patients in group B,and the difference between them was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The application of titanoreine suppository after PPH can effectively reduce the postoperative bleeding,swelling,pain and so on.after surgery.
