Clinical Application of Titanoreine suppository in Patients with Internal Hemorrhoids

Abstract

Objective To investigate the efficacy of titanoreine suppository in the treatment of bleeding internal hemorrhoids.Methods 35 patients were treated with titanoreine suppository,and other 36 patients were given hemorrhoids ointment as control.The symptome of bleeding was observed and the efficacy of titanoreine suppository was evaluated.Results The total efficacious rate in the treatment group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that(69.44%) in the control group(P0.05).Meanwhile,the local mucosal edema was obviously eased compared with the control group and no side effect occurred during the observation.Conclusion Titanoreine suppository is a safe and effective medicine in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids.
