Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Puerarin(葛 根 素) on blood pressure,heart rate and mesenteric microcirculation in rabbits.Methods:The changes of indexes on blood presure,heart rate and microcirculation parameters in rabbits were observed by the technique of microcirculation research.Result:Compared with the NE group,the Puerarin group could dilate the arteriole and venule,and increase blood flow velocity and blood perfusion in rabbits(P0.05 或 P0.01).Puerarin had no significant effects on blood pressure and heart rate in rabbits(P0.05).Conclution:Puerarin was able to dilate the arteriole and venule,and increase blood flow velocity and blood perfusion obviously.And it also has no obvious effects on blood pressure and heart rate in rabbits.
