Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing intervention on postpartum hemorrhage and lactation in maternal.Methods One hundred cases maternal in our hospital from 2011 August to 2012 January were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was given conventional obstetric nursing,observation group in the control group on the basis of strengthening psychological nursing intervention,two groups were compared with postpartum hemorrhage and lactation.Results The improvement of the SDS,SAS score in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P 0.05).The rate of postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum hemorrhage,lactation in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing is help to reduce maternal psychological stress and maternal hemorrhage rate,promoting maternal lactation,and promoting maternal recovery.
