Abstract
Objective To explore the experience of analysis of postpartum hemorrhage first-aid nursing intervention, to improve the nursing effect of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods In May 2014 to May 2014 in our hospital childbirth 30 maternal postpartum hemorrhage, emergency nursing intervention in postpartum hemorrhage named as observation group, then randomly selected from January 2008 to January 2010 in our hospital childbirth without emergency nursing intervention of maternal 30, named as control group. Observation compared two groups of maternal postpartum blood loss, 24-hour care results And length of hospital stay, and to investigate the maternal and maternal relatives to nursing satisfaction. Results Observation group of maternal postpartum 24-hour blood loss and hospital stay were signifi cantly less than the control group(P0.05); Care the results of observation group was obviously better than the control group(P0.05); Observation group patient observation group of maternal and maternal family satisfaction to nursing is signifi cantly higher than control group(P0.05). Conclusion Emergency nursing intervention can effectively reduce the maternal postpartum haemorrhage amount, reduced the risk of maternal postpartum, and observation group care results are good, so mothers and maternal relatives on nursing intervention is also given the full affi rmation, clinical can recommend the use of the nursing intervention.
