Abstract
Objective To investigate the operation method ,warnings, and results of tissue engineering skin graft. Methods 48 full-thickness losing wounds produced in 6 swine were randomly divided into 3 groups,16 wounds in each group.Group A:Tissue engineering full-thickness skin graft group.Group B: Tissue engineering derma with split skin graft group.Group C(control group): Full-thickness skin autograft group. Results In each group the percentage of graft survival is 75.00%,87.50%,93.75%,and no difference in three groups(P0.05). Conclusion Tissue Engineering skin can be used in many skin losing.
