Ancytogenetis analysis to 3608 abortion patients.

Abstract

Objective: To study the relationship between the abortion and chromosome. Methods: We have analyzed 3608 patients who have abortion history .Results: In 3608 cases ,we found abnormal chromosome 92 cases. The abnormal rate is 2.55%.Autosomal abnormality cases are 85 and sex chromosome cases are 7. Conclusion: Chromatic abnormality is an important reason for abortion.
