Abstract
In this study, the apple pomace and corn stalks mixture was fermented by compound mutagenic strains,Aspergillus niger ZM-8,Saccnaromyces cerevisiae YB-6,Candida tropicalis and Geotrichum candidum,to produce feed protein. The results showed the optimum proportion of mixture was: apple pomace 70%,corn stalks 10%,bran 15% and accessories 5%.The optimum auxiliary materials were as follows:2 g urea,2 g ammonium sulphate and 1 g salt. And the optimum proportion of compound strains was: 0.5 g Aspergillus niger ZM-8,1.5 g Saccnaromyces cerevisiae YB-6,1.0 g Geotrichum candidum and 1.5 g Candida tropicalis.Under all these optimum conditions, the crude protein content of the products reached to 28.2%.
