Abstract
The high content of crude protein was produced from the apple pomace fermented by multi-microbial agent including Aspergillus niger ZM-8,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Candida tropicalis and Geotrichum candidum, which were treated by space mutagenesis. The optimal formula of complex microbial agent were as followed;A.niger ZM-8 1.5g,S.cerevisiae 0.5g,C.tropicalis 1.0g and G.candidum 0.5g.The crude protein content of the product reached 27.9%,which was increased by 337.5% compared to that before optimization. The optimal medium was as followed: sugar 4g,ammonium sulphate 7g,urea 1g and salt 2g.Under these conditions, the crude protein content of the product was 26.4%,which was increased by 306.3% compared to that before optimization.
