Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact diabetes blood sugar levels in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 72 cases of elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction, insulin or oral hypoglycemic agents, while giving vasodilators, reduce blood viscosity and symptomatic treatment. Results The two groups of patients with infarct area is relatively significant difference(P0.05), before and after treatment blood sugar levels relatively no significant difference(P0.05), diabetes group before and after treatment blood sugar levels relatively have a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion In elderly diabetic patients with cerebral infarction infarct size and blood sugar levels have a certain relationship, the higher the blood sugar, the greater the infarcted area, the number of infarct more.
