Abstract

Objective To discussion the value of some lipid ratio in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Determination of coronary heart disease group and normal control patients content of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoA1,ApoB,to calculate TG/HDL-C,TC/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C,ApoA1/ApoB,and make statistical analysis. Results The patients of CHD TG,TG/HDL-C,TC/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C were significantly higher than the normal control group;HDL-C,ApoA1,ApoA1/ApoB were significantly lower than the normal control group;Individual CHD group rate of abnormal blood lipid and blood lipid ratio:ApoA1/ApoB(71%)、LDL-C/HDL-C(67%)、TG/HDL-C(62%)、TC/HDL-C(56%)、TG(34%)、ApoA1(27%)、HDL-C(21%)、ApoB(19%)、TC(16%)、LDL-C(15%),the rate of abnormal blood lipid ratio is higher than the individual rate of abnormal blood lipid.Conlusion Lipid ratio on the early prevention and diagnosis of coronary heart disease have a greater clinical value, better than the individual serum lipids.
