Abstract
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of total cholesterol/high density lipoprotein cholesterol (TC/HDL-C),triglycerin/high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (TG/HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol/highdensity lipopro-teincholesterol (LDL-C/HDL-C)and apolipoproteinB/ apolipoproteinA1 (ApoB/ApoA1) ratio for coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C, ApoB,ApoA1 levels of 453 patients with CHD group and 98 normal control group was analysed.TC/ HDL-C,TG/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C,ApoB/ApoA1 ratio were counted, analysed and compared. Results TC/ HDL-C,TG/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C,ApoB/ApoA1 ratio of group with CHD (4.88±1.66,1.78±1.76,3.16±1.24,0.87±0.32) was higher obviously than those of normal control group (3.85±0.99,0.90±0.49,2.32±0.77,0.75±0.19),and difference between them was significant (t=5.932,4.930,6.403,3.477,P<0.001). Abnormal rate of four kind of ratio of group with CHD(42.6%,46.3%,47.2%,34.2%) was higher obviously than those of normal control group (14.3%,17.3%,11.2%,18.4%),and difference between them was significant (X~2=27.549,27.991,43.258,9.396,P<0.01).Abnormal rate and OR value of LDL-C/HDL-C ratio was higher than the other serum lipids lipoprotein index. Conclusion The diagnostic value of TC/HDL- C,TG/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C,ApoB/ApoA1 ratio for CHD is higher than monomial serum lipids lipoprotein index.LDL-C/HDL-C and TG/HDL-C ratio is more correlative with CHD.
