Abstract

Dynamic recrystallization behaviors of low carbon steel were studied using Gleeble-1500 thermomechanical simulator at 950 ℃~1050 ℃,strain rate of 0.5/s and 5/s,strain up to 0.8.The influences of deformation temperature and rate on recrystallization behavior and austenite grain size of experiment steel were studied and the dynamic mathematical model of recrystallization behavior was established.
