Abstract
Dynamic recrystallization behavior of micro-carbon steel during austenitic deformation was investigated via a hot compression test to SPCE class cold rolling deep-drawing board on Gleeble1500 thermo-simulation machine, within the temperature range from 900 ℃ to 1100 ℃ at the strain rates from 0.01 s-1 to 1s-1.The effects of dynamic recrystallization on deformation temperature and strain rate were analyzed. The dynamic recrystallization model was established;the dynamic recrystallization activation energy of the micro-carbon steel was obtained, and the rough rolling five passes austenitic dynamic recrystallization was analyzed and verified.
