Exploration on the changing mode of the rural land management of new China

Different characteristics of the rural land policy and land policy in different periods since the founding of new China are analyzed,and the rural land management changing mode is further explored.Through the summary of the achievements and problems in the rural collective land since reform and opening up,it is found that three key aspects of collective land ownership,land circulation mechanism,management pattern and other issues in the development are supposed to be solved,and thus China's rural economy could be developed in a healthy and orderly way.
