Study on the Reform of Rural Land System under the New Situation

The rural land reform has been crunch time,because the defects in the current rural land system also caused a series of economic and social problems. The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen proposed to deepen the reform,Pointed out the direction and goal of the reform of the land system. Therefore,this paper proposes own countermeasure around the building of rural land reform how to break the government monopoly of land market,establish a unified urban and rural land market,the clarity and stability of the rural land property rights,and perfect the land use planning,land use regulation and other relevant supporting system.
