Abstract

The development and evolution of China's rural land property rights system have profound impacts on the national economy. Analysis of deficiencies in the rural collective land ownership shows that the core issue of agricultural land ownership reform is giving back the power to people. The rural land system reform should comply with China's historical and social background, improving collective construction land system.
