Abstract

One person company is an important part of future market economy development in China.The institutional design of new Company Law for one person company has active influence on future China's status in the world economy competition.However,new Company Law brings many problems and worries.This article discusses law regulation of one person company of China,the legislative defects of one person company and how to perfect the laws and regulation of one person company in new Company Law of China.
