On Constructing One-man Company Law System in China

Abstract

Recently, the modification work of company law has been complete. One-person company is allowed to exist. This paper probes into the legal of one-person company from the law conflict between the traditional company law theories and one person company, then clarifying how our country should construct the company law system which accords with one-person company in China.
