Abstract

Company Law of the People's Republic of China will be revised and one-person company will be legal in the company organizational forms. This conforms to the world company legislation, explains the puzzles in the legal practice and is an important breakthrough at the legislation and theory of company law. The system of one-person company must be in accordance with the national conditions of China. The negative sides should also be regulated. So it is theoretically necessary to study the related legal problem of one-person company.
