Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of aminophylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma. Methods 146 children with bronchial asthma were selected during the period from January 2011 to December 2013 in our hospital, who were randomly divided into the two groups based on the medication, each group had 73 cases, the patients in the two groups were given the same symptomatic treatment method, in addition, the control group was given glucocorticoids and aminophylline treatment, the observation group were ambroxol hydrochloride therapy on the basis of the control group, the total treatment time was 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, asthma disappearance time, wheezing disappeared time, cough disappeared time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.15%, that of the control group was 72.6%, the difference was significant in the total effective rate between the two groups(P 0.05). The asthma, wheezing and cough disappearance time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Aminophylline combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma has better clinical results, high security, can be applicated in clinical.
