Abstract
Aim: To establish a quality standard of Qingshu oral liquid. Methods: The quality of Flos Lonicerae, Fructus Forsythiae and Fructus Gardeniae was identified by TLC. The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC. Results and Conclusion: TLC could identify the corresponding components accurately. The linear range of baicalin was 0.143 ~0.683 μg in HPLC, Y=0.165+35.522X,r=0.999 5(P0.05). The recovery was 99.51%. The methods are simple and reliable and can be used for the quality control of Qingshu oral liquid.
