The Current Situation of Coaches in Northern Shaanxi Amateur Sports Schools in the "Post-Olympic" Period and the Countermeasures

Abstract

China's 2008 Olympic Squad obtained unprecedented achievements,to which the coaches contributed a lot.This paper first made a survey of the coaches in Northern Shaanxi amateur sports schools in the Post-Olympic Period regarding their educational background,professional titles,ages,academic research,benefits,training experiences,etc.,then analyzed the problems the coaches are now facing,finally put forward a few suggestions for the future development of the amateur sports schools in Northern Shaanxi.
