The Comparative Research on the Present Conditions of Volleyball Coaches in Traditional Sports Schools vs Amateur Sports Schools in Shandong Province

A thorough survey has been made of the present conditions of volleyball coaches in traditional sports schools versus amateur sports schools in Shandong Province.It shows that amateur sports schools have some advantages in the source,age structure,professional title structure,experience,and post training,while traditional sports schools have greater advantages in education record,academic structure,and scientific research.There is great difference in training target orientation.The coaches in amateur sports school have done better in making up training programs.It is not very scientific for the two kinds of schools to choose qualified personnel.The coaches in amateur sports school have paid more attention to the five training elements.But both have overlooked the information transmission and adaptation to the external conditions.On the whole,both have advantages and disadvantages.It is suggested that the incentive mechanism for the coaches be established,the construction of coach team be strengthened,and the process of combination of sports and education be continuously promoted so as to fulfill mutual complementation in advantages.
