Present State and Perspectives of the Contingent of Coaches in Sports Schools in Prefecture-Level Cities in Henan Province

Abstract

A survey was conducted on the age feature,academic qualifications structure,professional titles,training attendance and events allocation of coaches in 15 sports schools in Henan province.Existent problems in the city sports schools were pointed out and new ideas of building the contingent of coaches were put forward.
