Clinical Treatment of nephrotic syndrome Yin and activating blood hypercoagulable state

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Nourishing Yin Method hypercoagulable state in nephrotic syndrome treatment,evaluate its safety. Methods April 2013 ~ April 2015 in our hospital 60 cases of patients with nephrotic syndrome hypercoagulable state,according to the different treatment methods were divided into control group(30 cases) and observation group(30 cases)and control group underwent medicine Conventional treatment,observation group Yin and activating blood method(TCM decoction and two to Pill) treatment on its basis,clinical treatment compared two groups of patients and adverse events. Results APTT two groups of patients before treatment,PT,FIB comparison(P0.05),the difference was not statistically significant; APTT observation group after treatment,PT were significantly higher(P0.05),and FIB,bad The overall incidence rate of response was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Treatment of Nourishing Yin hypercoagulable state in patients with nephrotic syndrome,effective,safe and reliable,which will help the rehabilitation of patients,worthy of promotion.
