35 Cases of nephrotic syndrome in children with therapy integrated chinese and western medicine

OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of therapy integrated chinese and western medicine on the nephrotic syndrome in children.METHODS 70 cases with nephrotic syndrome in children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group used bailing capsule and hormone,while the control group used hormone only.RESLUTS The total effective rate was 91.11% in treatment group and 75.56% in control group with significant difference(P0.05);the changes of quantitative of ptoteinuria in 24 hour,quantitative of plasma albumin,renal function were significiant differences in the treatment group compared with the control group(P0.05);the changes of hemorheology parameters were significiant differences in the treatment group compared with the control group(P0.05).CONCLUSION Combination therapy with Bailing capsule plus prednisone for pediatric primary nephrotic syndrome could improve clinical effect,reduce urine protein,protect renal function,improve hypercoagulable state,It is worthily recommended in the clinical application.
