Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of flupentixol and melitracen compound combined with diltiazem in treatment of perimenopausal cardiac syndrome X.Methods:63 perimenopausal patients diagnosed as cardiac syndrome X by selective coronary angiography were divided into treatment group(32 cases treated with Deanxit combined with Herbesser)and control group(31 cases treated with Herbesser)randomly;dose and usage:oral administration of Deanxit for one tablet in the morning and nooning twice a day;oral administration of Herbesser 30 mg,three times a day;self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and ZUNG self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used before treatment and at four weeks after treatment in the two groups;the improvement of subjective symptoms at four weeks after treatment in the two groups were observed;the values of SAS and SDS and effective rates in the two groups were compared. Results:At four weeks after treatment, the values of SAS and SDS in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P0.01);in the two groups, the values of SAS and SDS after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P0.01);at four weeks after treatment, the ineffective rate in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P0.05),the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen compound is better than that of diltiazem in treatment of perimenopausal cardiac syndrome X,flupentixol and melitracen compound can relieve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression and improve somatization symptoms effectively.
