Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets on anxious-depressive symptoms in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods 120 patients with coronary artery disease associated with anxious-depressive symptoms were randomly divided into control group(n=63) and treatment group(n=57).All the patients received conventional therapy and nursing, while Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets therapy was added to the patients in treatment group.2 weeks after treatment, the relief condition of symptoms, changes of SAS and SDS scores, and arrhythmia were compared between the two groups. Results SAS and SDS scores in both groups significantly decreased after treatment, and the differences were significant before and after treatment(P0.05).Both scores in treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P0.05).The remission rate of chest pain in the treatment group was obviously higher than that in the control group, and the difference was significant(P0.05).The number of ventricular premature beats in the treatment group before and after treatment were(834.8±396.7)/24 h and(638.5±232.0)/24h respectively, and there was significant difference before and after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets can significantly alleviate symptoms of anxious-depressive and chest pain in patients with coronary artery disease without increasing arrhythmia in a short term.
