Clinical Significance and the Alteration of Coagulation Function in Acute Pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the relationship between the alteration of coagulation function and symptom of acute pancreatitis.Methods Select 118 cases with acute who were admitted in 24 h,and divided the patients into the mild acute (MAP) group (57 cases) and sever acute (SAP) group (61 cases) according to standard of clinical diagnosis and the classify in acute pancreatitis ;and 60 healthy people were included in the study.Detected and analyzed the coagulation function of different groups.Results The data of MAP was little higher than the data of healthy,but there was no significant difference between them (P 0.05).The data of MAP group were much higher than that of SAP group and healthy group,and there was significance difference between them(P 0.05).And the data of FIB and D-D of SAP group have positive correlation with the APACHEⅡ score (r=0.84,r=0.86).Conclusion The coagulation function plays an important role in reacting the severity and in judging the prognosis and variety of acute pancreatitis,which can be used as an important data in treatment of acute pancreatitis.
