Abstract
A new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometic method for the determination of trace chromium(Ⅲ) has been established. The method is based on the chromium(Ⅲ) catalyzes oxidation of methylene blue by hydrogen peroxide in acidic medium at pH4.The linear range of the determination is 0~40 μg/L.The detection limit is 1.3×10~(-10)g/mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace chromium(Ⅲ) in water with satisfactory result.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
