Abstract

Certain Opinions Concerned with the Application of Criminal Summary Procedure on the Trail of Public Prosecution Cases provides that the court should get the defendant's approval before deciding to apply the summary procedure.This is the firstly stipulated the option of summary procedure that the defendant should have,but the procedure is not strict,lacking the homologous guarantee mechanism,and needs to be reconstructed and a further perfection.
