Abstract

Certain Opinions Concerned with the Application of Criminal Summary Procedure on the Trail of Public Prosecution Casesfirstly stipulated the option of procedure that the defendant should have,which is essential to realize the procedure justice and safeguard the human rights. But the whole option of procedure should include the alteration of procedure,so some rules of alteration should be laid down in the Criminal Procedure Law that is about to be modified.
