The study of the influence of Anluo Huaxian pills in combination with adefovir dipivoxil on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B patients

OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of Anluo Huaxian pills in combination with adefovir dipivoxil on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B patients.METHODS We studied 62 patients who had been randomly divided into control group,Anluo Huaxian pills treatment group and Anluo Huaxian pills plus adefovir dipivoxil treatment group.The levels of serum ALT、AST、HA、Ⅳ-C、LN were compared before and after being treated.The internal diameter of portal vein,A/P in the period of contraction of arteria hepatica and thickness of spleen were detected by color Doppler.RESULTS The levels of serum HA,Ⅳ-C,LN,the internal diameter of portal vein,A/P and thickness of spleen in the Anluo Huaxian pills plus adefovir dipivoxil treatment group after being treated were lower obviously than those of Anluo Huaxian pills treatment group.The level of serum Ⅳ-C and A/P in the period of contraction of arteria hepatica improved obviously in HBV-DNA loss rate group.CONCLUSION Anluo Huaxian pills in combination with adefovir dipivoxil treatment can play antiviral response and promote the antifibrotic effect on hepatic fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B patients.
